Pomskies are certainly unique! They are considered to be a hybrid class of dog, meaning that they have parents of two breeds the Pomeranian and the Siberian Husky. Pomskies have the playful personalities of the Pomeranian, coupled with the intelligence, strength, and stamina of the Husky. They have double coats, like the Husky, and have many different fur colors, depending on the parent breed. Pomskies are a relatively new breed, but are becoming more and more popular due to their beautiful looks and endearing personalities.
The Pomsky coat is uniquely beautiful and can vary depending on the lineage of the dog. Generally, the coat is quite thick and silky, with colors ranging from grey and brown to white and cream. It is considered to be hypoallergenic, non-shedding, and low-maintenance. It's important to note that regular grooming is still recommended to maintain the health of the coat. Pomskies with a large proportion of Husky in them usually have a longer and denser coat, and will shed more regularly.
Pomskies do not have any specific dietary requirements that are different from other small breeds of dogs.
