A Pomsky is a designer breed of dog that is a result of crossing a Pomeranian with a Siberian Husky. This hybrid breed is known for being exceptionally friendly, highly trainable, and loyal. It is a relatively new breed, so many of the characteristics are still up for debate. Generally, a Pomsky is relatively small in size (maximum of around 20 pounds), and they usually have a coat that is thick and medium in length.
Pomskies typically do not cause allergies. The mix of a Pomeranian and Husky makes for a very low-shedding breed, compared to many other breeds, which is an important factor for those suffering from allergies.
