The result of this mix can vary in terms of size, appearance, and temperament depending on the parent breeds involved. Pomskies are generally very social, intelligent, and good with children. They do best with plenty of mental and physical stimulation, as they can be quite energetic and require plenty of exercise.
Pomskies are hybrids of the Pomeranian and the Siberian Husky breed, and typically do not cause allergies. The best way to determine whether you may be allergic to a Pomsky is to visit a breeder and meet the puppies in person. Any pet you bring home should be checked by a vet for general health and allergies, so it is recommended that you speak to a veterinarian to ensure a good fit for your family.
Pomskies should not be fed certain foods that can be harmful to their health. This includes grapes, raisins, onions and garlic, as these can be toxic.
