Uptown has a selection of puppies you just need to look through, to find a Pomsky puppy that will grab your attention the most! Then, just speak to the puppy’s breeder, and let them know you want it. Travel plans will then be arranged for the pup to get to you - whether you have to pick it up, or it can be dropped off at you!
Most puppies sold at pet shops come from puppy mills. The mothers that give birth to these puppies are never given rest, and they’re never screened for any sort of diseases. It can be dangerous to buy puppies from these atrocious puppy mills, as the puppies can have real sicknesses and terrible behavioral problems that cannot be fixed.
When improper breeding occurs through puppy mills, many health problems can occur which means pricey vet bills, and possibly early deaths of your beloved dogs. Pomskies can suffer with heart problems if they get too anxious or stressed, and they can also suffer with hip problems and eye problems. If they’re taken care of from the start, most of these problems will lessen!

If a Pomsky was just a small Siberian Husky, you would have on your hands a dog that would need ample space to play, run, and exercise - but that isn’t the case here! A Pomsky is the perfect mix of Siberian Husky and Pomeranian, and Pomeranians are quite sedate dogs that don’t need to run around too much! What you will have, is a dog that adores you!
Pomskies are so adorable because of their small size - and they come in a whole range of different sizes. Their average weight is between 20 and 30 pounds, the mini Pomskies weigh between 9 to 18 pounds, and the teacup Pomskies (which are the tiniest of all the Pomskies), weigh between 3 and 8 pounds. Pomskies must be taken care of, as they’re so small!
Pomskies are half Pomeranian and half Siberian Husky, and born with a thick double coat that sheds. Their coats need to be brushed on a daily, or at least weekly, basis to remove excess hair. They do shed, so keeping lint removers close by is a good idea, and they aren’t hypoallergenic - so they’re not ideal for those with allergies.
