Their classification thus depends on which parent they most closely resemble, but generally Pomskies are categorized as a companion or toy breed. The breed's temperament is typically described as friendly, outgoing, and very affectionate. They make great family pets due to their sweet personalities and their lowto moderate-level energy. Physically, the breed is small and usually less than 25 pounds.
