They also need regular exercise, and are very energetic and enjoy activities like chasing a ball or Frisbee.

The amount of exercise your Poodle needs depends on its age, size, and breed. Generally, daily walks of varying lengths can help keep your Poodle healthy and happy the more the better. As a general guideline, small Poodles should get about 10-20 minutes of walking per day while a medium or large Poodle should receive 20-30 minutes each day. However, to ensure your Poodle is getting the exercise and mental stimulation it needs, it may be beneficial to increase the amount of time outside to 45-60 minutes per day in shorter increments.
Poodles can make excellent family dogs, provided they are socialized from a young age. Affectionate and intelligent, they make wonderful loyal companions and enjoy spending time with their families.
