If they are approved they are then required to sign the Breeder Pledge, holding them to high standards.

From breeding practices to healthcare, puppy mill owners neglect their puppies and cause major health issues for the Yorkies. Without the proper tender loving care at a young age, dogs raised in a puppy mill are prone to behavioral issues and are often riddled with diseases.
