Aussiedoodles are an incredibly interesting breed, as they offer a wonderful combination of two parent breeds that offer unique characteristics. The Australian Shepherd is an intelligent, devoted and energetic herding breed, which offers a love for attention, games and athletics. On the other hand, the Poodle is a loyal, intelligent and friendly breed that is both popular as a family pet and often used for performance and therapy work. As a result of these two parents, Aussiedoodles are incredibly intelligent, easy to train, devoted and quite physically active dogs that make fabulous companions.
Aussiedoodles may or may not be a cause of allergy symptoms. It will depend on the individual and their tolerance level to certain pet dander. Some people may be more sensitive than others. If you are concerned about allergies, it is best to seek medical attention and to speak to a doctor about your potential allergies before considering bringing an Aussiedoodle into your home. Additionally, for those who may have an allergy, it is wise to look into Aussiedoodles that are hypoallergenic and regularly groomed.
It's important to be mindful of the nutrition you provide your Aussiedoodles. Highly processed human foods such as potato chips, candy bars and French fries should not be fed to Aussiedoodles as these food items have no nutritional value.
