Aussiedoodles are a hybrid breed that are the result of crossing an Australian Shepherd with a Standard Poodle. They are intelligent and active dogs that require daily exercise. With their loving personalities, they are great family pets. Aussiedoodles tend to need a lot of grooming because of their furry coats, and they need to be brushed regularly so mats do not form. They appear to be hypoallergenic, though, as the Poodle gene helps to reduce allergens.
The Aussiedoodle is known for its thick, soft coat. Depending on the parent breeds, the Aussiedoodle coat can vary from wavy to curly and range from a light to dark coloring.
