This mix of breeds produces a unique dog that have a gentle, loyal, and intelligent personality. Bernedoodles come in three size varieties, Standard, Miniature, and Toy, and come in many colors and coat textures. They are considered to be hypoallergenic, low shedding, and good with people of all ages. They are a friendly, affectionate, and playful breed and are easily trained.
Bernedoodles, a hybrid breed created by crossing Bernese mountain dogs with Poodles, are often considered to be hypoallergenic because of the characteristics of their originating breeds. As Poodles have non-shedding coats, some people who may have canine allergies find that their allergies are more manageable when using Bernedoodles.
