A Bernedoodle is a designer dog breed that is a cross between a Bernese Mountain Dog and a Poodle. Bred intentionally for the purpose of creating a hypoallergenic, low-shedding companion, the Bernedoodle can come in three sizes (standard, mini, and toy) and several colors, most commonly a tri-color. The Bernedoodle combination offers the best of both parent breeds: the calm, loyal demeanor of the Bernese Mountain Dog, and the hypoallergenic, low-shedding qualities of the Poodle.
