They are often bred for the purpose of being hypoallergenic, which means they are low-shedding and low-dander, producing less of the irritants that can cause allergies and respiratory issues. Bernedoodles are incredibly intelligent, loyal dogs, often easy to train. They are also usually energetic and social, but can also be calm and laid-back.
