Bernedoodles are one of the most interesting hybrid dog breeds due to their unique blend of characteristics from both parent breeds. The Bernedoodle is a mix of the Bernese Mountain Dog and the Poodle, with the Bernese Mountain Dog bringing its outgoing, loyal, and intelligent nature while the Poodle adds its own intelligence and hypoallergenic coat. As a result, Bernedoodles have exceptional temperaments, are often quite cuddly, and they are relatively low-shedding compared to other breeds.
Bernedoodles are a mix of Bernese Mountain Dogs and Poodles, so the shedding tendencies depend on which parent the Bernedoodle more closely takes after.
