They are alert, lively, and active, and have a luxurious silky coat that comes in four color varieties: Blenheim (chestnut and white), Ruby (rich chestnut), Black and Tan, and Tricolor (black, white, and tan). Cavalier King Charles Spaniels make wonderful family additions and, because of their gentle nature, are especially good with children.
The Cavalier King Charles is known for their beautiful, silky coats that come in a variety of colors. Blenheim Cavaliers are chestnut and white in color, Tricolors have black, white and tan markings, Black and Tan Cavaliers have darker coat with lighter tan markings, and Ruby Cavaliers have a solid ruby red coat.
