In addition, Cockapoos are loyal, affectionate, and fun-loving! They also have special needs in terms of grooming, as their coats require regular brushing and trimmings. On the plus side, this means less shedding and Cockapoos tend to smell better than other breeds.
Managing allergies with Cockapoos can be done in several ways. To reduce the chance of an allergic reaction, it is important to maintain the cleanliness of living spaces shared by the dog. Vacuum regularly and frequently and make sure to completely remove pet fur and dander. Additionally, it is a good idea to provide regular baths to the dog to keep skin and fur healthy and prevent long-term buildup of allergens. Further, dried dog food is far less likely to contain dust than dry food, and wet food might be even better.
