Cockapoos tend to be less prone to medical issues, allergies and shedding that many breeds are vulnerable to. Also, their coats come in a variety of colors and textures, making them even more fun and unique.
Managing allergies with Cockapoos is possible with the right preventative measures. First, never leave food in an area that your Cockapoo can access. Keep your living space clean and vacuum regularly. Consider washing bedding and furniture fabrics as allergens tend to build up and cause flare ups. Some Cockapoos may benefit from taking a hypoallergenic shampoo when being groomed.
