Goldendoodles are energetic and generally very friendly dogs, making them a great choice for families who don't want the hassle of extensive fur care. Goldendoodles are also relatively easy to groom and maintain they usually only need brushing once or twice a week.

Goldendoodles come in a variety of sizes ranging from tiny Toy Goldendoodles, approximately 10-14 inches tall and 10-20 pounds, to the larger Standard Goldendoodles, which can reach heights of over 24 inches at the shoulder and weigh up to 90 pounds. The amount of exercise and activity that your Goldendoodle should receive per day is highly individualized, depending on the age, size, metabolism, and overall health of your pup. However, generally a Goldendoodle should get at least 30 minutes of exercise per day. This could mean a leisurely walk, a sustained play session, or other activities like running or swimming. If your Goldendoodle seems to be particularly active, it may be beneficial to give them more than 30 minutes of exercise to help maintain their mental and physical health.
