Not only are they highly intelligent and loyal companions, but they typically have a beautiful coat and may come in a variety of colors. Fun facts about Goldendoodles include that they generally need a lot of brushing and grooming, usually at least twice a week! While they do require exercise, they have a relaxed personality so make good lap dogs too.
Goldendoodles have a reputation as being a low-shedding breed. Even though it is impossible to guarantee that a Goldendoodle will never shed, many owners report that regular brushing and grooming can minimize shedding. These dogs also require some extra care, as professional grooming is often needed to reduce unwanted shedding. As hybrid dogs, they can inherit traits from both of their parent breeds, which can affect the amount of shedding that they do.
Goldendoodles are medium-sized dogs that require a high-quality diet designed specifically to meet their nutritional needs.
