This unique mixture of breeds makes the Havaneses a breed all its own due to its varied genetic makeup. As a breed, the Havaneses is known for their lovable and gentle personalities as well as being devoted, social, energetic, and intelligent. They also have a natural curiosity and an impressive ability to learn complex commands.
Havaneses are non-shedding, which means they don't lose much hair like other breeds. This makes them ideal pets for those looking for a pooch with a minimum of fuss. Not only is their coat low-maintenance, but their temperament is medium-energy and gentle, making them a great companion for singles, couples, and families.
