This designer breed is considered part of the “doodle” family, a group of intelligent breeds that make great companions for their owners. Aussiedoodles combine the active, athletic nature of an Aussie with the gentle nature and intelligence of a Poodle, creating an intelligent, playful, and sociable breed that is suitable for a variety of lifestyles.
Aussiedoodles are not known to be specifically linked to causing allergies. That being said, all dogs, no matter the breed, will shed at least some, and in some cases an excessive amount of fur. Shedding can lead to pet owners experiencing sneezing, watery eyes, and other allergic reactions.
