Bernedoodles are a fun-loving, designer hybrid breed that combine the most lovable traits of the Bernese Mountain Dog and the Poodle. They are also known as “teddy bear dogs” becuase of their friendly, gentle nature. They are so intelligent that they learn commands quickly and can quickly recognize strangers. Additionally, Bernedoodles are not just a great family dog, but they are also superb therapy and emotional support animals. Bernedoodles really have very delightful temperaments — they love to please their owners and get along well with other animals.
Bernedoodles are crossbred from a Bernese Mountain Dog and Standard or Miniature Poodle, and the resulting breed of Bernedoodle is highly unlikely to cause allergies. This is because the two parent breeds are both hypoallergenic. As a result, this hybrid is also hypoallergenic, and you are unlikely to develop an allergic reaction when interacting with Bernedoodle dogs. It is always a good idea to ask questions about specific allergies with the particular breeder, in order to determine if the Bernedoodle pup has any specific allergies.
