Labradoodles are a hybrid breed, created by crossing a Labrador Retriever and a Poodle. This mix results in a highly intelligent, friendly, and obedient breed with a high energy level. In terms of the AKC's designation of class, Labradoodles are not considered a recognized breed, and so are not assigned any particular class. Labradoodles are typically considered to be members of the Utility group, as these are dogs that are not bred to do a specific job but can be used for a variety of tasks.
