A cross between two of the world's most beloved breeds, the Labrador Retriever and the Poodle, these designer dogs combine the intelligence and gentleness of the parent breeds while possessing all the fun and charm of both. Not only are they intelligent and easy to train, their hypoallergenic coats make them a great choice for those who suffer from allergies, and they don't shed.
Labradoodles are a mixed breed and can have varying levels of allergen sensitivity, just like any other breed of dog. While the breed is generally considered to be hypoallergenic, it is always wise to ask breeders specific questions regarding genetics and testing of their puppies before purchasing if you are a person with allergies. Also, it may be a good idea to test yourself with a small puppy in a controlled environment to determine your sensitivity before making a commitment.
Labradoodles are unique and intelligent designer breeds that require special nutrition to maintain their health.
