Labradoodles are a hybrid dog breed, created by crossing a Labrador retriever with a Poodle. They are known for being highly intelligent, affectionate, and coat lengths that can vary from short to long, and dense to wavy. Labradoodles are also generally good-natured and eager to please, which makes them excellent family dogs. While Labradoodles need plenty of physical and mental exercise to stay healthy and happy, they typically don't require as much exercise as some other breeds.
Labradoodles may not cause severe allergies in all cases, however, factors such as the type of coat and the genetic make-up of the Labradoodle will affect some individuals more than others. Some Labradoodles have a coat that is low-shedding and considered to be hypoallergenic, whereas other Labradoodles may have a fur more similar to that of a Labrador Retriever, which may cause symptoms in those with allergies.
