Labradoodles are designer dogs, also known as hybrid dogs. They are a cross between Labradors and Poodles, usually either a Standard or Miniature Poodle. As a hybrid dog, they don't belong to any one breed, however, they can be registered as an Australian Labradoodle or a Labradoodle. These delightful dogs come in a variety of coat colors and sizes, ranging from standard to miniature. They are usually intelligent, friendly, and energetic, and they generally make great family pets.
Labradoodles can have coat variations, depending on the temperament of the parent breed and the individual dog. Generally, they have a low-to-non-shedding coat, often referred to as "fleece-like", which is slightly wavier than the coat of a Labrador Retriever.
