They are also very easy to train, making them perfect for families with children. What makes Labradoodles so special is that they are a mix between Labrador Retrievers and Standard or Miniature Poodles. As a result, they are very unique in their set of features such as their size, color, and their temperament.
Labradoodles have a variety of coat colors and types, ranging from straight and wiry to curly and soft. Most Labradoodles have wavy to curly coats that look like a cross between a Labrador Retriever and a Poodle. They usually shed minimally compared to other breeds. Depending on the parents, Labradoodle coats can be low, wavy, curly, fleece or wool-like, and tend to be lowto non-shedding. Generally, the Labradoodle’s coat will require some brushing and require a trim every few months.
Labradoodles, considered one of the most popular and intelligent designer breeds, require a diet consisting of high-quality dog food. A well-balanced diet should include protein, carbohydrates, fruits, and vegetables. The food should also be age-appropriate and suited for your Labradoodle's activity level.
