Labradoodles are a hybrid breed of dog, created by mixing a purebred Labrador Retriever with a purebred Poodle. These unique dogs have become popular due to their intelligence and easygoing personality. They are considered hypoallergenic, possessing the milder coat of a poodle, and they do not shed. Labradoodles are also highly trainable, making them great family pets.
Labradoodles tend to be non-shedding, though their shedding can vary based on the type of coat they have. Those with wool-like coats tend to shed less than those with hair-like coats. This is because wool-like coats are more dense and won't easily allow hair to get airborne. The same is true with Labradoodles that have wavy or curly coats.
